Fabio Viviani Hospitality to open 3 suburban Chicago restaurants by 2027
Celebrity chef Fabio Viviani is expanding his suburban restaurant footprint with three new concepts, including ReToro, an intimate Japanese omakase restaurant planned for early 2027 in Barrington. ReToro will occupy the space beneath Bocado Tapas at 133 Park Ave., completing Viviani’s two-concept destination in downtown Barrington.
