Celebrity chef Fabio Viviani expands his suburban restaurant footprint
Fabio Viviani Hospitality is expanding its suburban Chicago presence with ReToro, an intimate Japanese omakase restaurant planned for early 2027 in downtown Barrington. Located beneath Bocado Tapas at 133 Park Ave., ReToro will offer an exclusive dining experience centered around Japanese omakase.
