Chef Fabio Viviani Expanding Chicago Presence with New Barrington Concepts
“From The Daily Herald, chef and restaurateur Fabio Viviani is getting ready to bring two restaurants to downtown Barrington at 133 Park Avenue. The first will be BOCADO Tapas, set to open sometime this fall, followed by a smaller Japanese spot called Retoro downstairs. This comes sometime in early 2027, but official opening dates for both restaurants have not been finalized.”
